Usability Central—Best Practices™ is a new addition to HFI’s complete suite of usability solutions, helping make user-centred design a routine part of your development process.  It is a flexible offering made up of five modules – methodology, web interface standards, GUI interface standards, knowledge, and graphics – which can be purchased individually or in any combination.

Each module, in turn, is designed to be customised as part of a step by step process. An added benefit is that the Usability Central allows global companies to store personalised web style guides, templates, standards and protocols worldwide, which can be used by local usability operators and managers dealing with local products, whilst ensuring uniformity of branding.
